This curriculum pack includes material for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and 4 th ofJuly. Mother’s Day is based on Colossians 3:1-2, 5-10, 12-17. The theme discussedis true beauty that comes from setting your heart and mind on things above. Themessage directs mothers to model Christ for the family. Father’s Day is based onthe same Scripture as Mother’s Day with the message to fathers to model Christfor the family as well. Family activities are still a part of the events even thoughthe messages are more direct to mothers and fathers. The 4th of July event is basedon Genesis 12:1-8 with the theme of being blessed to be a blessing to others.
