D6 Conference 2020 – Statement Regarding COVID-19

As we prepare to all gather in Orlando later this September, we have adjusted the way speakers will help you address coming out of the COVID climate and moving forward. Our research shows that 95% of the churches’ financial support stayed steady or increased during this time. However, we also know some church members lost their jobs. We will continue to evaluate options for our paid registrants for online and in-person options to be determined around 60 days before the event.
At this stage and estimating for late September, we trust that everyone will want to and be able to come together in a safe manner for inspiration, ideas, and insights. We all need this kind of gathering, to recharge, refresh, and for you to be ministered to in order to prevent burnout.
Coming to D6 this year will provide you the perspectives from some of the most healthy churches making the biggest difference. While COVID fits the category of one of the worst pandemics in modern world history, many newly acquired habits will continue to serve the church well. The shelter-in-place certainly created a more Deuteronomy 6 environment in the homes. In a crisis that separates, let’s look for ways to better connect.
