Jenna Sethi, PhD, is a research scientist at Search Institute. A participatory youth-centered paradigm informs the way Jenna conducts research. Central to her job is listening to young people’s stories and making sense of them. Jenna has more than 20 years of experience as a youth worker and more than 10 years of experience conducting qualitative research. Her most recent study focuses on the connection between positive relationships and faith formation in youth.
