Tiger McLuen served in student ministry in the local church, oversaw the youth and family ministry programs at Bethel and Luther Seminaries, and is now the executive director of Youth Ministry Consultants. YMC focuses on coaching and training ministry leaders—particularly those in smaller churches who are often under-trained and under-resourced.
