We are joined by the guru of family ministry, Dr. Rob Rienow. He begins by telling us what an ideal family ministry looks like in the early years and points out potential roadblocks that may arise when churches start accelerating family ministry. Dr. Rienow advises on how to handle pushback from church leaders who are hesitant to get on board with family ministry strategies or parents who are leery of the responsibility of family ministry. He points out what family worship is and what it is not. Dr. Rienow explains how churches can incorporate singles, those without children, empty nesters, etc. into a church-wide family ministry. Lastly, we learn how to accurately evaluate the success of a family ministry.
