He also shares how the vision and mission of student ministry were affected in the last two years due to the pandemic. Ryan describes how partnering with parents in discipleship should go beyond providing resources and walking away. He describes the true calling of a student pastor and speaks words of encouragement to the student minister who may be on the brink of giving up.
