Joy Wendling has over twenty years of experience in ministry with children, youth, and families, blending practical wisdom, passion, and a playful approach to nurturing faith. She holds a master’s in Youth, Family, and Culture from Fuller Theological Seminary and founded Created to Play to champion the role of play in spiritual formation. A PhD student in Educational Studies at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Joy writes, speaks, and coaches churches and parents—sharing hope and help shaped by both her studies and the everyday adventures of raising five daughters in the Pacific Northwest.
