Dr. Melodie Bissell serves as president of Plan to Protect®, a ministry providing leaders with the tools and training needed to safeguard the mission of the church and their people. In 2022, Melodie received her doctorate, the focus of her thesis was on nurturing the spiritual healing of victim-survivors of abuse.
