Tom and his wife April, have four young adult children. Tom has been in ministry for over thirty-five years. He has served in churches ranging in attendance from 50 to 5,000. Tom has served as interim lead pastor, children’s pastor, and other roles. Tom is the founder and lead coach for Restoring Leaders, which offers retreats and online care groups to help hurting or burned-out ministry leaders get back in and stay in ministry.
