Tyler Penn serves with Free Will Baptists’ IM, Inc. to reach out to the international student population of the University of Illinois. Tyler and Kellie have three children: Mason, Millie and Madden. He is a graduate of Welch College and served as pastor of the First Free Will Baptist Church of Decatur, Illinois for ten years. He has a big heart for international students, and their desire to know the grace of Jesus Christ.
