Today, we welcome guest Mike Trimble. Mike joins us to impart his vast knowledge of loving volunteers well. He points out what is often overlooked when loving on volunteers and provides suggestions on ways to communicate appreciation and value to them. Mike guides us on how to love those “unlovable” volunteers and gives advice to ministry leaders who may have struggled to love volunteers in the best way possible and how to graciously respond when criticism and complaints arise.
