He explains why recruiting volunteers is so exhausting and reasons people don’t volunteer. Matt tells us how churches can place people in volunteer roles according to their strengths rather than just filling a need and how church members can know when to stretch themselves in a volunteer position and when to say no. Matt also describes the process of incorporating leadership development with volunteers.
