The D6 Parent app (“App”) and web sites(1) (“Sites”) (collectively, “Services”) are owned and operated by D6 Family Ministry. This user agreement and privacy policy (the “User Agreement and Privacy Policy”) will explain how D6 Family Ministry uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our Services, as well as the terms of services that you agree to as a User. The User Agreement and Privacy Policy applies to all personally identifiable information and other information (collectively, “Personal Data”) that is collected by D6 Family Ministry through the Services. Please review this User Agreement and Privacy Policy carefully before using the Services.

By voluntarily providing us with any Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this User Agreement and Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data to us through the use of our Services, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of D6 Family Ministry and the authorized third parties referred to herein, with may be within the United States, for the purposes described in this User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Your access to and use of the Services constitutes acceptance of this Use Agreement and User Agreement and Privacy Policy, as displayed on the App and Sites.

What data do we collect?

D6 Family Ministry may collect the following Personal Data:

  • Full name
  • Shipping street address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Billing address
  • Credit card type
  • Card number
  • Name on card
  • Expiration date
  • Card verification code

We also may collect non-personally identifiable technical data such as your browser type, IP address, domain, access times, installation data, error and other use codes, and referring web site address.

How do we collect your data?

We collect Personal Data from you when you download the App or other service, visit our Sites, or when you voluntarily choose to provide such information, such as when you purchase products or otherwise enter your Personal Data on the Sites, or contact us via a third party (e.g. social media page).

How will we use your data?

When you use D6 Family Ministry Services or purchase products, we may ask you to provide Personal Data. If D6 Family Ministry would like to use this information in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected, then we will ask for your consent prior to such use. You may decline to submit Personal Data to any of our Services, in which case we may not be able to provide those services to you.

How do we store your data?

D6 Family Ministry uses reasonable precautions, including appropriate technical, administrative, and physical procedures, to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, or alteration. D6 Family Ministry encrypts certain Personal Data collected and uses other security measures to help prevent outside parties from accessing your Personal Data.

However, you acknowledge and agree that due to the design of the Internet and other factors outside of our control, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and our servers will be free from unauthorized access by third parties.

Marketing

D6 Family Ministry would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop D6 Family Ministry from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other our partner companies.

What are your data protection rights?

D6 Family Ministry recognizes all rights afforded under the relevant privacy laws of each user (including, but not limited to The European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation for all European Union Residents and the California Civil Code Section 1798.83 for California residents). These rights may include the following:

  • The right to access – You have the right to request D6 Family Ministry for copies of your Personal Data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
  • The right to rectification – You have the right to request that D6 Family Ministry correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request D6 Family Ministry to complete information you believe is incomplete.
  • The right to erasure – You have the right to request that D6 Family Ministry erase your Personal Data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that D6 Family Ministry restrict the processing of your Personal Data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to object processing – You have the right to object to D6 Family Ministy’s processing of your Personal Data, under certain conditions.

Use by Children

Our Services are not marketed to or directed towards children. No one under the age of 18 should provide any Personal Data through our Services. Nevertheless, it is possible for children to distribute Personal Data without prior parental consent. D6 Family Ministry does not knowingly collect or use any Personal Data from persons under the age of 18.

What are cookies?

Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information. When you visit our Sites, we may collect information from you automatically through cookies or similar technology.

How do we use cookies?

We store small amounts of information using cookies and other technologies on your computer to help us understand how you interact with our Sites and to help us provide you with a better, more relevant online experience based on information that you have previously provided to us. More specifically, we use cookies so that our Services respond to you as an individual. This User Agreement and Privacy Policy applies only to the Services that are owned and operated by D6 Family Ministry. D6 Family Ministry cannot regulate other sites linked from within our various apps, sites, and services, including links and framed sites. These other sites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit Personal Data from you. You should familiarize yourself with their unique policies, should you choose to visit their sites.

Independent Contractors

D6 Family Ministry may use certain independent contractors and other third parties to operate components of the Services, assist in operating and improving the Services. In this capacity, D6 Family Ministry may allow these independent contractors and third parties to collect the information, including Personal Data, described in this User Agreement and Privacy Policy for D6 Family Ministry.

Changes to this User Agreement and Privacy Policy

From time to time we may make changes to our User Agreement and Privacy Policy. If we make changes, we will post them on the App and Sites to make users aware of what the changes are so users will always be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and when we may disclose it. A user is bound by any changes to the policy when she or he uses the Services after those changes have been posted. If, however, we are going to use users' Personal Data in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify by posting a notice on our App and Sites for 30 days. This User Agreement and Privacy Policy was last updated on October 23, 2025.

Additionally, if D6 Family Ministry is sold to or merges with another outside entity, your Personal Data associated with that business may be one of those transferred assets. If there is a change of ownership, we will tell you using any means permitted by law, including via e-mail and/or a prominent notice on our App and Sites, as well as let you know of any choices you may have regarding your Personal Data.

Visitors From Outside of the US

The Services and the servers upon which they are hosted are located in the United States. All matters and material related to the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee in the United States. Any Personal Data that users outside of the U.S. provide via the Sites or Services will be transferred to the United States, and by visiting the Sites or Services and submitting Personal Data, you authorize this transfer.

Disclosure

D6 Family Ministry reserves the right to use or disclose any Personal Data without notice or consent as needed to comply with federal and state law or law enforcement investigation; to conduct investigations of complaints; to protect the integrity of the Services; to protect the safety of our visitors or others; and to cooperate in any legal investigations.

Ownership

D6 Family Ministry and its associated logos, trademarks, products, and services are the property of D6 Family Ministry. You agree not to display or use in any manner these marks without our prior written permission. Any third-party trademarks appearing in connection with the Services is the property of such third-party owner. You may not use any content, images, or other items from these Services, except as contemplated in this User Agreement and Privacy Policy, without the written permission of D6 Family Ministry.

License Grant

D6 Family Ministry grants you a non-transferable, nonexclusive, worldwide right and license to use, execute, and display the Service as anticipated by, and described in, this User Agreement and Privacy Policy. No other use of the Services is allowed.

You shall not (nor allow any third party to)

  • copy or modify the content available on the Sites or App,
  • reverse engineer the basic designs, of any part of the Services, or
  • sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in or transfer in any way any right to these Services.

Failure to follow any of the rules of this User Agreement and Privacy Policy will result in a termination of this User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Limitations

You may not use any “deep-link,” “page-scrape,” “robot,” “spider,” or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Sites or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the D6 Family Ministry Sites or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any curriculum materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the D6 Family Ministry Sites. D6 Family Ministry reserves the right to bar any such activity.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the D6 Family Ministry Sites or any other systems or networks connected to the D6 Family Ministry Sites or to any D6 Family Ministry server, or to any of the services oƯered on or through the D6 Family Ministry Sites, by hacking, password “mining” or any other illegitimate means.

You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the D6 Family Ministry Sites or any network connected to the D6 Family Ministry Sites, nor breach the security or authentication measures on the D6 Family Ministry Sites or any network connected to the D6 Family Minitry Sites. You may not reverse look-up, trace, or seek to trace any information on any other user of or visitor to the D6 Family Ministry Sites, or any other customer of D6 Family Ministry, including any D6 Family Ministry account not owned by you, or exploit the D6 Family Ministry Sites or any service or information made available or oƯered by or through the D6 Family Ministry Sites.

You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the D6 Family Ministry Sites or D6 Family Ministry’s systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to the D6 Family Ministry Sites or to D6 Family Ministry.

You agree not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of or any transaction being conducted on the D6 Family Ministry Sites, or with any other person’s use of the D6 Family Ministry Sites.

You may not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any message or transmittal you send to D6 Family Ministry or through the D6 Family Ministry Sites or any service oƯered on or through the D6 Family Ministry Sites. You may not pretend that you are, or that you represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity when accessing or otherwise using the D6 Family Ministry Sites.

You may not use the D6 Family Ministry Sites or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this User Agreement and Privacy Policy, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of D6 Family Ministry or others. If D6 Family Ministry determines that law enforcement officials should be notified regarding potentially illegal content edited or added to the Services by the you, you agree that D6 Family Ministry may provide copies of your content to the appropriate officials without notice to you. D6 Family Ministry will cooperate with all law enforcement efforts to disclose the identity of or locate persons who have engaged in any illegal conduct.

Violation of This User Agreement and Privacy Policy

D6 Family Ministry may disclose any information we have about you (including your identity) if we determine that such disclosure is necessary in connection with any investigation or complaint regarding your use of the Services, or to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) D6 Family Ministry’s rights or property, or the rights or property of visitors to or users of Sites, including D6 Family Ministry’s customers. D6 Family Ministry reserves the right at all times to disclose any information that we deem necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. D6 Family Ministry also may disclose your information when we determine that applicable law requires or permits such disclosure, including exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection purposes.

You acknowledge and agree that D6 Family Ministry may preserve any transmittal or communication by you with D6 Family Ministry through the Services, and may also disclose such data if required to do so by law or D6 Family Ministry determines that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process; enforce this User Agreement and Privacy Policy; respond to claims that any such data violates the rights of others; or protect the rights, property or personal safety of D6 Family Ministry, its employees, users of or visitors to the Sites and App, and the public.

You agree that D6 Family Ministry may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the Services and/or block your future access to the Services if we determine that you have violated this User Agreement and Privacy Policy or other agreements or guidelines which may be associated with your use of the Services. You also agree that any violation by you of this User Agreement and Privacy Policy will constitute an unlawful and unfair business practice, and will cause irreparable harm to D6 Family Ministry, for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and you consent to D6 Family Ministry obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that we deem necessary or appropriate in such circumstances. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies D6 Family Ministry may have at law or in equity.

You agree that D6 Family Ministry may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the Services, for cause, which includes (but is not limited to): requests by law enforcement or other government agencies; discontinuance or material modification of the Services oƯered; or (3) unexpected technical issues or problems.

If D6 Family Ministry does take any legal action against you as a result of your violation of this User Agreement and Privacy Policy, D6 Family Ministry will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief granted to D6 Family Ministry. You agree that D6 Family Ministry will not be liable to you or to any third party for termination of your access to the Service as a result of any violation of this User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

No Representations or Warranties

The Services are offered on an "as is" basis without any representations or warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. For greater certainty and without limitation to the generality of the foregoing:

D6 Family Ministry makes no representations, warranties or guarantees of any kind whether written or verbal regarding the reliability of the Services offered;

D6 Family Ministry is not responsible for any deletion, alteration, or loss of data due to network or system outages, file corruption, accidental deletion, or any other reasons; D6 Family Ministry cannot ensure that any files or other data you download from the Site or App will be free of viruses, contamination, or other destructive features;

D6 Family Ministry makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees with regards to server reliability, speed or consistency;

D6 Family Ministry makes no representations, warranties or guarantees as to the accurateness or correctness of any content hosted or provided through the Services and is not responsible for any errors or omissions arising from the use of such information;

If D6 Family Ministry allows links to, or included on, its web resources, information provided by third-party partners and providers, D6 Family Ministry does not guarantee or warrant the reliability of this information nor does D6 Family Ministry recommend any of these services.

D6 Family Ministry reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice:

  • to modify, suspend, or terminate operations of or access to the Services, or any portion of the Services, for any reason
  • to modify or change the Services or any portion of the Services
  • and to interrupt the operations of the Services, or any portion of the Services, as necessary to perform routine or nonroutine maintenance, error connection, or other changes.

Limitation of Liability

D6 Family Ministry is not responsible for any failures, delays, or interruptions in the delivery of any data, content or services contained on the D6 Family Ministry server; or losses or damages arising from the use of the content or Services provided by D6 Family Ministry.

D6 Family Ministry’s liability to you for actual damages for any cause whatsoever, related to content or Services regardless of the form of action, will be limited to a maximum of the fees paid by you to D6 Family Ministry, if any, for the prior billing period exclusively for such services.

IN NO EVENT WILL D6 FAMILY MINISTRY OR ITS OFFICERS, TRUSTEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, OR LICENSORS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELATED PARTIES") BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES OR DAMAGES TO YOU, YOUR COMPUTER HARDWARE, DATA, INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE SERVICES, YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES, OR ANY GOODS OR SERVICES ADVERTISED IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES OR ANY OTHER SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED TO USER BY D6 FAMILY MINISTRY THROUGH THE APP OR SITE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF D6 FAMILY MINISTRY OR ANY OF ITS RELATED PARTIES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Because some states/jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation or liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

D6 Family Ministry shall in no way be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury resulting from use of the Service.

In no event shall D6 Family Ministry be liable for any damages, whatsoever, as a result of notifying any official of potentially illegal content in a Data, providing copies of your data to the appropriate officials or cooperating with law enforcement eƯorts to identify or locate persons who have posted content that is illegal or promotes illegal conduct.

In no event shall D6 Family Ministry be liable for any damages, whatsoever, as a result of the termination of this User Agreement and Privacy Policy for any reason.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold D6 Family Ministry and its Related Parties harmless from and against, and to reimburse D6 Family Ministry and its Related Parties with respect to, any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, judgments, settlements, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable related expenses, legal fees, and costs of investigation) of every nature whatsoever incurred by D6 Family Ministry or its Related Parties by reason of or arising out of or in connection with your failure to comply with or your breach of this User Agreement and Privacy Policy; your infringement of any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or any other intellectual propriety right of any third party; any content included by you in the Services; Claims brought against D6 Family Ministry by your guests, members, employees, invitees or others that use D6 Family Ministry licensed by you or arising from such use; or you violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Purchases

Additional terms and conditions apply to purchases of goods or services, contests, promotions or other similar features. You agree to abide by such additional terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between this User Agreement and Privacy Policy and the terms posted for or applicable to other specific good or services oƯered by D6 Family Ministry, the latter terms shall control with respect to your use of that good or services.

D6 Family Ministry’s obligations, if any, with regard to its products and services are governed solely by the agreements pursuant to which they are provided, and nothing on the D6 Family Ministry App or Sites shall be construed to alter such agreements.

D6 Family Ministry may make changes to any products or services oƯered, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. D6 Family Ministry attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, D6 Family Ministry does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any D6 Family Ministry product or service is complete, reliable, current, or error-free. D6 Family Ministry reserves the rights to cancel any transaction up until the time the item is shipped or downloaded. All items purchased from D6 Family Ministry are made pursuant to a shipping contract. Therefore, the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon D6 Family Ministry’s delivery to the carrier.

Miscellaneous

Consent to Breach Not Waived. No term or provision of this User Agreement and Privacy Policy is deemed waived and no breach excused, unless the waiver or consent is in writing and signed by the party that is claimed to have waived or consented. Any consent by any party to, or waiver of, a breach by the other, whether expressed or implied, does not constitute a consent to, waiver of, or excuse for, any other different or subsequent breach.

Governing Law. This User Agreement and Privacy Policy shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. All legal proceedings relating to the subject matter of this User Agreement and Privacy Policy shall be maintained in courts sitting within the State of Tennessee, County of Davidson, and further agree that jurisdiction and venue for such proceedings shall lie exclusively with such courts.

Severability. If any provision of this User Agreement and Privacy Policy is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, all other provisions will nevertheless continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. This User Agreement and Privacy Policy, together with all policies, guidelines, and amendments set out, from time to time, by D6 Family Ministry in this User Agreement and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this User Agreement and Privacy Policy and supersedes all previous negotiations, proposals, commitments, writings, and understandings of any nature whatsoever, whether oral or written.

Survival. Any terms and conditions of this User Agreement and Privacy Policy which by their nature extend beyond the term or expiry of this User Agreement and Privacy Policy shall survive the termination or expiry of this User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Headings. The headings and captions used in this User Agreement and Privacy Policy are inserted only as a matter of convenience and for reference and in no way are to be construed as defining, limiting, or describing the scope or intent of this User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Remedies Cumulative. Unless otherwise set out in this User Agreement and Privacy Policy, the rights and remedies granted to each party under this User Agreement and Privacy Policy are cumulative and are in addition to each party's rights provided by law or otherwise. Each party may exercise its rights concurrently or separately and the exercise of one remedy is not deemed an exclusive election of that remedy or preclude the exercise of any other remedy.

Counterparts or Electronic Acceptance. This User Agreement and Privacy Policy may be executed by indicating assent through electronic means or may be executed in counterparts, each of which is deemed to be an original and all of which together are deemed to be one and the same instrument.
