Dr. Kevin Muilenburg currently serves as the Director of Missions for the South Central Baptist Area in south-central Texas. Kevin previously served as the pastor of Coastal Oaks Church in Rockport, Texas for 25 years. Before that, he served as pastor of First Baptist Church, Crystal City, Texas, and Meadow Lane Baptist Church in Arlington, Texas. His passion is encouraging pastors and churches.
