Coaching Topics

Equipping parents to intentionally be the primary disciple makers in their family.

We work with numerous churches to help talk through how to help equip parents to be the primary disciple-makers. Working with HomePointe, we talk through not just the strategy we have adopted, but other strategies to help think through possible options that might be a good fit and right next step for intentionality.

How the church can support adoptive/foster families.

My husband and I have adopted and my husband oversees the adoption ministry at our church. I am happy to talk about what we have experienced as a family and what we are working toward as a church to provide support for Adoptive/Foster families.

Encouragement for pastor’s wives.

I am a pastor’s kid, in full-time ministry and am married to a pastor. I love getting to encourage other pastor’s spouses, to share what I saw in my home growing up and what has been helpful for me in our home now.
